THE HOUSE
Villa Verriere was built in 1990 in typical traditional Provencal style, and was recently completely renovated. The spacious villa (200m²) is situated within a very private setting, right in the middle of beautiful Luberon National Park, on 2000m² of private terrain.

The house offers a large family sitting room with a magnificent open Provencal fireplace and a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen has sliding doors opening onto the covered outside terrace, where you'll find a large dining table and a good sized barbeque. There's a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs you'll find three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. There's another double bedroom, and a bedroom with a single bed and a spare mattress. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. The two en-suite bedrooms each have their own outside terrace, one of which has a beautiful view on the village of Bonnieux.

Behind the house is a jeux-de-boules court, and a little chalet-style shed for children to play in. There's landscaped garden all around the house, with a beautiful large pool measuring 12*6m.
 
 
LOCATION
Roussillon is situated about 50 kilometers east of Avignon, 15 minutes from Bonnieux and Gordes, 30 min. from L'Isle sur la Sorgue (famous for its antique shops) and about an hour from Aix en Provence.
 
 
RENTAL CONDITIONS
