ENVIRONMENT
Gordes really is a perfect spot to start discovering the Provence. Just half an hour drive from the Papal and festival town of Avignon and only minutes away from famous places like Bonnieux, Menerbes, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Lourmarin en Avignon.

VILLA LES MARTINS
Villa Les Martins is situated behind a high wall in the centre of the hamlet, a 10-min drive from Gordes. The original house dates from 1629 and whilst preserving its historic façade the inside has been tastefully and sympathetically renovated, to give the comforts associated with the 21st century. You are certain to enjoy the eclectic combination of the contemporary and the antique.

To retreat from the warm summer sun, you can withdraw to the lovely sitting room. And in winter the fire place begs the company of a book and a good glass of wine. The open kitchen has all the appliances necessary to test your mastery of French cuisine.

The two large bedrooms each have separate shower rooms with rain shower, wash basin and toilet. One of the bedrooms has an idyllic roof terrace with a spectacular view of the Montagnes de Luberon.

The garden offers a lot of privacy and has a fixed barbecue and several spots to either enjoy the sun or the shade.

LE STUDIO
The studio is located near the courtyard and is also available for rent. It has its own large shower room with rain shower, double wash basins and a toilet. The studio sleeps two.

The studio has a private sun terrace with a hot-tub/jacuzzi that can host 6 people.

The studio can not be rented separately!


RENTAL INFORMATION & CONDITIONS  
The rent is including the use of the jacuzzi, bed linen, kitchen towels, bath towels and cleaning at the end of the rent period.

Excluded is a security deposit of €400.

During the winter season there's a heating surcharge of
€125 per week.

The total rent due has to be paid in full before the date of arrival.

Check in after 3 pm, check out before 11 am.

No pets are allowed.

Villa Les Martins is less suited for small children and people with a physical handicap: there are lots of stairs and no elevators or ramps.
