Villa Gordes is divided into 2 different buildings. The large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Farmhouse, and the small but intimate one bedroom ’cottage’. There are cool and shady gardens with various sitting areas as well as a delightful pool with terrace area for sunbathing and relaxing.

LOCATION
Villa Gordes is located in the tranquil hamlet of Les Martins, a 10-min drive from Gordes. It is a 50 minute drive from Marseille’s, Marignane airport (British Airways, Easy jet, Ryanair), 35 minutes from the TGV station at Avignon and 30 minutes from Avignon airport. Nîmes airport is 1 hour 15 minutes away and Montpellier 1 and a half hours away. Although only 15 minutes from the A7 motorway the house is in the depth of the Luberon countryside in peaceful and pretty surroundings.


THE FARMHOUSE
Every room has it’s own charm and a wireless internet connection. The living room has satellite television and radio as well as a dvd player with films for adults and children. You will be provided with guide books and maps of the area, and on arrival, you will receive a welcome pack containing essentials such as milk, butter, bread, tea and coffee.

First floor:
The accommodation is composed of
a large twin/double bedroom with en suite luxury bathroom. (bathtub/walk-in shower/double washhand basins & separate WC.)

The other twin and double bedroom share the second shower room with walk-in shower, wc, wash hand basin and washing machine.

Second floor:
The light and airy living/dining room is open-plan with the kitchen. There are wonderful views from this air conditioned room and its adjoining large terrace, ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining.

The Farmhouse can be rented with the cottage and thus may accommodate 8 people very comfortably. On its own the Farmhouse provides spacious accommodation for 6 people.


THE COTTAGE
The Cottage is composed of a cosy living room with wood-burning stove, comfortable sofa-bed and CD player with radio. There is a kitchenette providing a small fridge, micro-wave, electric hob, dishwasher and everything you need to make delicious provençal cuisine.

Upstairs is a pretty bedroom with twin beds (separated or together) and a spacious walk-in shower with WC and wash hand basin. The cottage also has its own covered terrace. Barbecue available on request.


RENTAL INFORMATION & CONDITIONS  
• On arrival we will make sure that you receive a Welcome Pack containing essentials such as milk, butter, coffee and tea.

• All electricity, air conditioning and heating is included in the rental rates. (There is air conditioning on the top floor living room of the 3 bedroom house. The other rooms remain very cool in the summer)

• A cleaner will come once during the week and once at the weekend.

• We ask that you leave the house in decent condition - but the cleaner will thoroughly clean up at the end of your stay. If you wish the cleaner to come more often this can be organised at an extra charge.

• All sheets and towels are provided including pool towels.

• Full access to use of Tennis Court, Swimming Pool and Table Tennis. Please note that the Tennis court is not in ‘pristine’ condition.

• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob and oven and fridge with small freezer in the 3 bedroom house.

• Kitchenette with small hob, microwave and fridge in the ‘cottage’.

• Iron & ironing board in both houses. Hairdryers are provided in the bedrooms. Cots on request.

• No smoking is allowed inside the houses. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept pets.
